Terms and Conditions

Tailwind Hour sends one personalized text message per night, between 10:30 PM and midnight, based on the interest you select.

You can change your selected interest from Settings, subject to the switching limit described there.

Tailwind Hour is a paid subscription, billed at $10 every 30 days on the monthly plan, or $96 per year on the yearly plan.

A valid subscription is required to use the service -- it's set up as part of signing up.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never store your card details.

You can cancel anytime from Settings > Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Subscriptions do not renew after cancellation, and no partial refunds are issued for unused time in a billing period.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

You must provide accurate information (name, email, phone number) when creating and maintaining your account.

You must be able to receive text messages at the phone number on file to use the service.

Don't use the service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that disrupts it for other users.

Don't attempt to access another user's account or data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service means you accept the current version.

We may suspend or discontinue the service, or your access to it, with reasonable notice where possible.

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

We aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
